Joining the world

This is my first time blogging...so bear with me as I learn what I am doing. Hope you all enjoy seeing our wonderful family.

Matt and Cayr

Matt and Cayr were married on July 7, 2007. With a combined seven children our home is always busy and exciting.

Matt is a criminal investigator for the federal government. He loves to fish and camp when he can.

Cayr is busy at home with the kids and enjoys quilting and decorating cakes.

Justin

Justin is 17 and a senior in high school. He plays the baritone tuba and is writing a fantasy book. He loves to read, hunt, fish and in his 2nd year of learning how to weld. Justin is looking forward to working after graduation and to get ready for his mission for the LDS church when he turns 19.

Jayd

Jayd is 15 and a sophmore in high school. She enjoys doing the hurdles and sprinting for the school track team and is having fun decorating from the things she has learned in her interior design class. She is a 4.0 student and wants to go into nursing.

Chancey

Chancey is 14 and in the 9th grade. She plays the piano beautifully and loves to read. Chancey has started writing a book and is excited to get her learners permit. Chancey is doing great in school but doesn't know what she wants to go into yet...she has plenty of time.

Lilah

Lilah is 12 and in the 7th grade. She has started learning the flute this year and is really enjoying it. Lilah loves to jog and is planning on joining the schools track team this spring. With Lilah's diagnosis of hemophilia, she has decided that she wants to go into nursing.

Olivia

Olivia is 10 and in the 4th grade. She has 2 cats, Milly and Magic, which she loves to hug and play with. She loves to read and playing board and card games with the family. She loves to ride the horse when ever she can.

Abraham

Abe is 7 and in the 2nd grade. He is a terrific reader and loves school. He loves the animals we have and very protective of them. Abe loves to play board games and playing outside with his little brother. He loves to swim and is looking forward to taking more classes this summer.

Elijah

Elijah is 5 and attending preschool for the 2nd year. He loves to be with his friends and learning his letters. He is excited to attend kindergarden next year. Elijah's favorite place to be is outside playing or being with our animals. No matter what the weather he has to go out and say good morning to each of them.
